Tax Preparation
I prepare and e-file Individual (1040), Partnership (1065), Corporation (1120), S Corporation (1120S) and Non-Profit Tax Returns (990 series). I also file Fiduciary (Estate/Trust) 1041 returns. I can also file by mail, if that is something you prefer or require.
Payroll and Bookkeeping
How much is YOUR time worth? I’m well equipped to handle payroll issues for all types of industries. I can make sure your employees get paid, and I’ll also make sure that all of your Federal/State/Local payroll reports get filed, and, with your authorization, I’ll ensure that the payroll funds are deposited, timely, with the appropriate entities as well.
General Services
My knowledge is not limited to Tax Preparation alone. I have helped clients with Michigan Unemployment issues, I’ve helped clients find notaries, I have printed documents for clients who didn’t have access to a printer (some even drove to Bay City Staples before finding me). I can send faxes for clients. I am NOT a Certified Financial Planner, but I definitely know a few I trust, and I would be happy to recommend them. In general, if you need help with something that has to do with a dollar sign, feel free to give me a call, and I’ll certainly help if I am able.
Taxpayer Representation
Did you receive a letter from the IRS or a state/local taxing authority? Do you owe a government entity, and are you concerned about your ability to pay? I’ve worked hard to earn the Enrolled Agent (EA) designation. This allows me unlimited and comprehensive representation rights before the IRS. These letters can be intimidating. With me, you are in good hands.
